How long will it take to get my goodies?

We try to ship within 1-4 days, unless it is during the holidays, then it may take longer. However, we will try to add a banner to our website if our shipping time is longer than usual.

Unfortunately, we have no control over how long it takes UPS, FedEx or USPS to deliver your orders. It could be anywhere from 2-14 days, depending on where you live and the time of year.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we are only shipping to the USA.

We apologize for our friends in Canada and abroad, but with tariffs and shipping issues, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. (But know we love you and hope this will change in the near future)!

Oh no! I gave you the wrong address!

PLEASE double check your address before you order! It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct. If you make a mistake, contact us ASAP. If we haven't shipped your order, we will do our very best to catch it and correct it. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we would be happy to either refund at that time or invoice you for shipping and resend to the correct address.

How do I return my item?

At Practical Moon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include bath & body products, used smudge sticks & incense, customized or personalized products.

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at hellopracticalmoon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return and/or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at hellopracticalmoon@gmail.com We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the correct item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hellopracticalmoon@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Are These Soaps Edible?

NO!!! Please don't eat the soaps! While they make look and smell divine, I guarantee they wouldn't taste the same. None of our bath & body products are edible (but thank you for the lovely compliment).
